Story
I met your mum and sister in hospital, you were fighting for your life! You was so strong brave and courageous. You started with the same as our Macie tumours, you fought so hard and long, Chloe, I will forever make my daughter remember you, respect you, honour you! God bless the earth angel you will forever be, the brightest star in the sky forever xx
